1. General
These general conditions of sale (GTC) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all the services offered by "Aroma Ninja", a sole proprietorship registered by Aurore Sliwanski under the number SIREN 90043376400017 RCS, at all of its customers, whatever their status or quality. Consequently, the placing of an order by a customer for the performance of a service offered on the website www.aromaninja.com implies their adherence and their unreserved acceptance of these GTCS unless specifically agreed beforehand. agreed in writing between the parties. In accordance with the legislation in force, the well-being services practiced by Aurore Sliwanski in the absence of a diagnosis and therapeutic treatment, are in no way related, neither in content nor in objectives, to the practice of medicine. The services offered by "Aroma Ninja" are available on the website www.aromaninja.com. Aurore Sliwanski reserves the right to make any improvements and modifications she deems useful at any time, without however being required to make them to the Services already carried out, or in the process of being ordered.
3- Conditions of performance of the Services
"Aroma Ninja" only intervenes by appointment by internet video conference.

4- About essential oils and medicinal mushrooms:
Each client must comply with the advice and recommendations of "Aroma Ninja", in particular with regard to contraindications to essential oils and medicinal mushrooms.

The customer agrees to inform "Aroma Ninja" of any important health problems which could prevent the use of essential oils and medicinal mushrooms and which could be dangerous for his health during the sessions of physical activity when making an appointment.
To ensure that her client can use essential oils, medicinal mushrooms and practice physical activity, Aurore Sliwanski will have him sign a document recalling the aforementioned contraindications during the first appointment. The customer will also certify by his signature that he has nothing to declare on his state of health which would not be compatible with the realization of the program of well-being on his person without medical opinion and declares to inform Aurore Sliwanski beforehand of any changes. on his state of health during the next appointments.
Consequently, "Aroma Ninja" reserves the right to refuse at any time, a client whose state of health is not compatible with the implementation of the well-being program on his person without prior medical advice.
5- Financial conditions
The prices of the Services offered are indicated in euros on the site www.aromaninja.com.
"Aroma Ninja" is not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with article 293B of the General Tax Code, the prices mentioned on the website are therefore indicated without VAT. In the event that "Aroma Ninja" becomes subject to VAT, the prices displayed on the site will be readjusted accordingly and applicable to any order placed following the date of its liability.
"Aroma Ninja" also reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being specified that the Services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of booking the appointment.
6- Incapacity for work
In the event of temporary physical incapacity, as a result of illness or accident of Aurore Sliwanski, "Aroma Ninja" reserves the right to re-plan new dates of interventions in consultation with the client without it being possible to demanded by the latter for payment of compensation. In the event of permanent physical incapacity of the practitioner, any type of contract or engagement with “Aroma Ninja” clients will be automatically terminated without any compensatory indemnity being claimed from “Aroma Ninja”.
8- Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T & Cs are subject to French law. In the event of litigation, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, any difference arising with a customer having the capacity of trader and which would be related to the interpretation, the execution or the validity of these GTCS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. For all other customers, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure will apply.
9- Intellectual property
Aurore Sliwanski is the holder of the intellectual property rights on all the elements present visible on the site www.aromaninja.com, in particular: the texts, and logo. Aurore Sliwanski is also the owner of the intellectual property rights of the brand.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the "Aroma Ninja" brand or other elements of the site www.aromaninja.com is prohibited on any medium whatsoever and in any manner whatsoever except with a written agreement from Aurore Sliwanski.
10- Professional civil liability
Aurore Sliwanski cannot be held liable in the event of damage linked to the negligence of a client, in particular if he has not revealed to Aurore Sliwanski the existence of contraindications affecting him, whether during signing the information document to alert him to applicable contraindications, or subsequent appointments in the event of changes in his personal state of health.

Definitions
“Internet Client” means a Client who has entered into a Contract with the “Aroma Ninja” site.
"Contract" means the contract between the Client and Aroma Ninja which is governed by the first interview, and the discharge of liability. The stipulations of these general conditions shall prevail in the event of contradiction with any other contractual document of Aroma Ninja or of the Client.

Aroma Ninja offers its Customers coaching and support sessions within the framework of sports, physical and well-being activities. The services provided by Aroma Ninja have no medical vocation and in no way replace medical treatment.
Coaching
Prices and payment terms
The price set by Aroma Ninja is guaranteed for the duration of the Contract. Aroma Ninja reserves the right to update the price of support when purchasing a new service.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) all taxes included.
Aroma Ninja has taken out insurance to cover damages involving its professional liability.
The liability of Aroma Ninja can only be sought in the event of a demonstration of a causal link between gross negligence committed by Aroma Ninja in the performance of a service and the damage suffered by the Customer. In particular, Aroma Ninja's liability cannot be sought. in the event of an accident resulting from the Customer's failure to observe the Intervenor's instructions; if the Customer does not respect the commitments he makes and guarantees he gives under the Contract; and or in case of force majeure. The Customer will be responsible for any damage bodily resulting from a voluntary or involuntary act resulting from it.
Sale of services

Various
Any modification of the legislation or regulations in force, or any decision of a competent court invalidating one or more clauses of the general conditions of sale can not affect the validity of all of the general conditions of sale, the other stipulations of which will retain. all their strength and reach.
